Participants develop practical skills to support long-term recovery, including healthy coping strategies, relapse prevention planning, emotional regulation, stress management, communication skills, and the development of positive support systems. Through a combination of group discussion, evidence-based interventions, and individualized counseling, participants gain the tools and confidence needed to build a healthier, more stable future.
