Parenting doesn't come with a manual, and most of us parent based on what we experienced growing up—for better or worse. This 8-week course helps parents develop practical skills to strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, manage conflict, and build positive relationships with their children. Participants explore effective discipline, emotional regulation, child development, and ways to create a stable, supportive home environment. Rather than focusing on perfection, the course emphasizes self-awareness, consistency, and making intentional choices that foster healthy families. Appropriate for court-ordered, CPS-referred, probation, or voluntary participants.
Every day we make hundreds of decisions that shape the direction of our lives. Our Crossroads Cognitive Intervention Program is designed to help participants better understand how thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and past experiences influence the choices they make. Through guided discussions, practical exercises, and real-world application, participants learn to recognize thinking errors, strengthen decision-making, improve problem-solving, regulate emotions, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. Rather than relying on lectures, the program encourages self-reflection, personal accountability, and meaningful conversations that help participants build lasting cognitive and behavioral change. The goal isn't simply to avoid future problems—it's to develop the mindset and skills needed to make better decisions in every area of life. Appropriate for court-ordered, probation, employer, or voluntary participants.
As marijuana laws and public attitudes continue to evolve, many people underestimate the impact cannabis can have on motivation, mental health, relationships, work, and overall well-being. Our 6-week Marijuana Intervention Program helps participants take an honest look at their cannabis use and better understand the role it plays in their lives. Through evidence-based education, interactive discussions, and practical skill-building, participants explore patterns of use, decision-making, coping strategies, motivation, and the effects of marijuana on both physical and mental health. Rather than relying on scare tactics or judgment, the program promotes self-awareness, personal responsibility, and informed decision-making, empowering participants to make choices that support their goals and long-term success. This program is appropriate for court-ordered, probation, employer, or voluntary participants.

Participants examine how emotions, impulsive decisions, substance use, peer influence, and high-risk situations can contribute to poor choices involving weapons. Through evidence-based education and interactive discussion, participants develop practical skills to improve judgment, increase personal accountability, and make safer decisions in everyday life. This course is appropriate for court-ordered, probation, employer, or voluntary participants.
